Why do all the Republicans solutions to help the economy ride on the backs of the middle class and poor?

First they not only want to give the Bush tax cuts to the wealthiest 2% they want to increase their tax cuts by another 10% while wanting to Kill medicare with a Voucher plan that after you spend the Voucher (which private insurers welcome) the rest comes out of your pocket, that's like saying all over again, if you get sick , die quickly. Then they want to cut everything that the middle class and needy count on.They must think people are blind to what they are trying to create, Their very own society, the fortunate society.
