Should Eric Holder investigate the Black Panther intimidation of voters instead of the Cia?

I find it disgusting that the justice department wants to dig into the past for political gain instead of using resources to stop voter intimidation by investigating the Black Panther intimidation's in 2008. Once again Obama is trying to dig up dirt to use in his futile attempt to get reelected.
