Help with Easter ideas.... Please read!?

I have a 7 year-old daughter, 3 year-old son and a 2 year-old daughter. How would I make an egg hunt more fun for all of them. I don't think that it is fair to make my oldest wait while the others look. So what would be fun for all of them? I need specific ideas please. Please give good directions and your ideas.
