Hey so like i had an xbox 360 for about 3 years now and my castle crashers isnt working?

So heres what happend ive been playing on my brothers account on xbox and so i finally chose to make my own account for xbox i got live and everything it worked great but castle crasher doesnt work.. so i went back on my brothers account it worked for his and not for mine and i dont want to play his cuz his doesnt have live anymore so yea.. we already paid for it so i dont want to buy it again . Please help [:
