Need help with a movie title?

It is about two teenagers, a boy and a girl, who meet at a funeral. They become friends. I think he has an asian imaginary friend or something like that. He finds out she has cancer.They are both funeral crashers I think. It might be british.It is definitely not an old movie. Between 2008-2011. Thanks in advance!
