Transferring downloaded Xbox Games?

I have two Xboxes and one has the game Castle Crashers downloaded on it. I need to bring the other Xbox, the one without the game on it, over to a friend's house to play it there, so I want to know, would it be possible to somehow copy the game or something like that onto the Xbox without it and be able to play it. Also, would I need Xbox Live to play it?
