Low cost vets in Amarillo, TX?

I was wondering if there were any vets or organizations(i.e. Cause for Paws) in Amarillo, TX that are low cost or have any deals/clinics. I am planning on getting my dog neutered and he needs his shots. I know the local SPCA has some kind of voucher for neutering but I just wonder what other options are around.
