How do you write a Thank You card to a party crasher?

Members of my family were told not to come to my Wedding because they have a habit of stealing, they crashed anyway, sat right in the middle so it would be a scene to remove them, left a card with a monetary gift, then slipped out... How do I write a Thank You in this situation, it isn't covered in any etiquette books...
