How do i respond to the air line that did not address my initial complaint instead sent me a meger voucher?

Call Customer Service, and ask to speak to a Supervisor. If they dont give you a response that satisfies you, ask to speak to THEIR Supervisor. Keep going until you get the result you are looking for. The higher up the chain of command you have to go, the better your reward will be in the end. Good Luck!
