Can someone tell me the Daily Mail Reward Club voucher codes?

Hi, i've joined the Daily Mail Rewards Club and i need 2 x 12 digit codes to claim a �5.00 Tesco voucher. Unfortunately i've not been able to get the the Daily Mail to get the codes so i was wondering if anyone could share them with me please.
