CAN'T SLEEP BECAUSE BRACES ARE FREAKING ANNOYING PLEASE HELP!!!!!?

put that rubber stuff over it or but SOMETHINg over the braces to prevent them from scraping your mouth but, God, please don't put something in your mouth that will fall out and make you suffocate in your sleep.
