Infamous 2 Didn't Come with Uncharted 3 Beta?! Where Is It/Who to Contact?

Okay so I pre-ordered and got the Infamous 2 Hero Edition from Gamestop. On the case of the game it promotes the Uncharted 3 beta yet there was no voucher in the case nor a code on my receipt. Anyone know where it could be or if I got unlucky? Also who would I contact about this? I can't contact Sony through the phone, it's basically off the hook. Has high trafficking and every time I am on hold for an operator they never come. I waited more than an hour once. I tried emailing them, not response. Gamestop is probably gonna give me the run around cause my friend just got infamous 2 no preordered new and the uncharted beta was inside his case.....I need help please! From anyone.
