Duty of care at a private location party?

So me and 80 people were invited to a party at a private location (to stop crashers) the "bus" that was meant to take us there and home was a minivan and after three hours everyone finally arrived, 3 hours later it was time to go home and they were only taking two minivans of people and the others were stranded there. Let me explain this, the "private location" was in the middle of nowhere, literally it was in the middle of a massive forest where you went down dirt roads to get there and no one knew where they were. So thirty people (16 years old) were left in a forest at 1AM in the morning with no way of getting home because the invitation had promised drop offs so most parents were asleep, and even if they weren't, no one knew where they were anyway. Is this sueable? by the way its about 75KM to where everyone lives.
